-Ruck/Bookbag Per Person (4 Total)
***YOU SUPPLY YOUR OWN RUCK***
-Dry Rice/Beans OR canned/boxed goods IN RUCK
-130 Lbs. TOTAL PER TEAM...divide up as necessary
**Walmart sells 20lb bags of rice/beans for ~$10**

HOW YOU’RE HELPING:
The items that YOU BUY and CARRY during this event will be donated to Hurricane Maria relief efforts in Puerto Rico. Other donation items that you do not plan on carrying are welcome and will be collected (i.e. hygiene items, non perishable food, etc.)

Supplement Warehouse will be set up with pre and post workout refreshments and will be donating a portion of their proceeds made during the event.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
~3 Mile Ruck comprised of multiple Fitness Objectives designed to challenge teams in areas of problem solving, memory, observation, physical and mental endurance. Follow us on FB and IG for continued Updates!
